The RantMaster

I admit it.

After all these years of just quietly ‘dealing with it’, my tolerance for stupidity and shit that bothers me has plummeted to an all time low.

One of the ways I deal with stress is to write and I figured that ranting on a blog might help me relieve some of the tension and disgruntlement and hey, maybe – just maybe – someone else will read what I write and go ‘Hey, I’m not alone’ or ‘THAT bugs people? I didn’t know that!’ and will give my posted thoughts some thoughts of their own.

Admittedly, there don’t seem to be too many people who share my same thoughts, but I believe that there ARE people out there who share similar opinions and thoughts; they just don’t want to/need to sound off or they’re afraid of singling themselves out for having differing ideas.

As for myself, I’m more or less beyond caring what people might think of me. I’ve shut up long enough and now it’s MY turn to sound off on the crap that bothers ME.

I’d say to not take personal offense if a rant offends you, but if you identify with something I’ve written, then maybe it would be a wise course of action to reconsider things because I doubt that I’m the only person in the world who’s pissed about the things I’m pissed about.

I’m not the only one who’s pissed as hell; I’m just one of the few out there who’s brave enough to actually step forward and say, “You know what? That was totally and completely uncool.”

And yeah. The stuff I rant about? Totally and completely uncool in my eyes.

Don’t do it around me because you’ll hear from me one way or another.
